BEYOND THE FRAME

There’s something magical about a sunny day, and this one felt especially full of promise. As we headed to the studio for our photoshoot, the light outside mirrored the energy within us: bright, warm, and full of possibility.

The studio was flooded with beautiful natural light, creating the perfect canvas for our creative vision. From the moment we arrived, the energy was high, not just because of the shoot itself, but because it marked the start of something new for all of us.

As we set up the lights and camera, we took our time exploring different angles, playing with shadows, and testing out fresh ideas. The space became a playground for creativity. The model brought so much confidence and ease to the session, it was as if she instinctively knew exactly what the shot needed. That kind of synergy doesn’t happen every day, and we knew we had to make the most of it.

We paused for lunch together, a much-needed break that turned into a moment of connection. Over food, we exchanged ideas, laughed, and talked about our visions for future projects. Even during the downtime, the creativity didn’t stop flowing.

By the end of the day, we had more than just great shots, we had a renewed sense of inspiration and a reminder of why we love doing this in the first place.

From a young age, I’ve been inspired by fashion, not just for how it looks, but for how it feels. I still remember the excitement of finding that one perfect top that made me feel confident, or slipping into a fabric that instantly made me feel like the best version of myself.

Content Requirements

  • Include a link to the K2 SPHERE website and/or Amazon Store whenever possible.
  • Content must remain publicly available for a minimum of 90 days.

FTC Disclosure

Influencer agrees to comply with applicable advertising laws and platform guidelines, including appropriate disclosure of sponsored or gifted content (e.g. #ad or #gifted).

Content Delivery

The Influencer agrees to create and publish all agreed content within 10 calendar days of receiving the product, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

If the Influencer is unable to meet this deadline, they must notify K2 SPHERE LLC immediately to request written approval for a revised delivery date.

Content Quality

All submitted content must meet professional quality standards and accurately represent the K2 SPHERE brand.

K2 SPHERE LLC reserves the right to request reasonable revisions or corrections before approving the collaboration if the delivered content does not meet the agreed quality standards.

Non-Delivery

If the Influencer fails to publish the agreed content within 10 calendar days of receiving the product, and no written extension has been approved, K2 SPHERE LLC reserves the right to request either:

  • Return of all products provided in their original condition (where applicable), or
  • Reimbursement of the full retail value of the products.

Confidentiality

The Influencer agrees to keep confidential any non-public information shared by K2 SPHERE LLC, including business information, marketing strategies, product development, pricing, and future product launches, unless written permission is provided.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.

Agreement: By checking this box, you acknowledge that you are the sole owner of all video content submitted. You grant us exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free rights to publish, distribute, and monetize these videos across our websites and associated channels.

In exchange for receiving the agreed K2 SPHERE product(s), you grant K2 SPHERE LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, 82801, Wyoming, United States, full, exclusive, worldwide, perpetual and royalty-free rights to the final video content created for this collaboration. This means K2 SPHERE LLC may use, reproduce, edit, adapt, publish, distribute, promote and monetize the content across its social media accounts, website, Amazon listings and storefront, email marketing, paid advertising and other brand marketing channels without additional payment.

You confirm that you created the content, own all necessary rights to it and have permission to grant these rights. K2 SPHERE may credit and tag you when reposting the content where reasonably practical.
